Trial evaluation

I was using shell but may be yesterday I said a good by their services (till they resolve the issue)

1. The Patrol pump never operates all filling points no matter how much the queue is

2. They take people for filling outside the queue if they know them, other people in look pool to them Yesterday same incident happened and when I asked why, the started showing in local tong, so I filed a complaint on stations complaint book Their attitude was "chal kar diya complaint..." So I am not sure what will they do with the complaint

That's reason I am writing here as well。
