Groupme message not sending

If your GroupMe message isn't sending, it's likely due to a poor internet connection, an outdated app version, potential issues with the GroupMe servers (check for reported outages), or a problem with your phone's settings regarding app permissions or notifications; try checking your internet connection, updating the GroupMe app, and verifying if there are any known GroupMe server issues; if the problem persists, check your device settings related to GroupMe access and notifications. 

Potential reasons why your GroupMe message might not be sending:

Poor internet connection: Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. 

Outdated app: Update your GroupMe app to the latest version. 

GroupMe server issues: Check online platforms like Downdetector to see if there are reported GroupMe outages. 

Device settings: Double-check your phone settings to ensure GroupMe has the necessary permissions to access your data and send notifications. 

Blocked number: In rare cases, the recipient might have blocked your number. 

Message too long: GroupMe might have a character limit for messages. 

What to try:
