03. Extensive logistics system

As of the end of June 2023, Magalu had 22 distribution centers dedicated to stocking and shipping products and 206 cross-docking units in Brazil, with 1.19 million square meters of storage space. More than 1,300 brick-and-mortar stores in 20 states across the country quickly transformed into small distribution centers capable of shipping from stores or delivering goods purchased in stores. About 30 percent of the space at most physical points is dedicated to storing the company's own items and selling them digitally.
