About Barcode scanning

The camera cannot start.

For iPhone:

Go to Settings → Applications → Kao Collemo! And check whether access to the "camera" is allowed.

For Android:

Go to Settings → Applications → Kao Collemo! → "Permissions" and check whether access to "Camera" is allowed.

When I tried to scan the bar code, nothing happened.

Please try the following:

· Please remove the bar code

· Please approach the bar code

· Shoot in a well-lit area.

- Adjust the Angle so that light does not reflect off the bar code.

· Try pointing your smartphone sideways to take a picture.

When I tried to scan the barcode, it said "Could not scan the item."

In the following cases, you may see the message "This does not meet the scan criteria" :

· Products purchased more than 5 years ago

· Goods without barcode (JAN code)

· Barcode (JAN code) discarded or damaged goods

· Set up goods for sale (when scanning the bar code on the outer package)

When scanning the barcode of a single product inside the box, such as Bab or Megurhythm

· Products of cosmetics brands listed here (Curel brand only)

· Hair Products (GOLDWELL, kms, ORIBE)

· Products sold overseas

· Herusia, cats use clean toilets

Is it OK to scan products at pharmacies and other stores?

Scanning in supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores and other stores is prohibited, whether before or after purchase. Before taking the barcode of the product, take a picture of the front of the product to incorporate the scenery into the background. We will review the photos and if we suspect they were taken in the store, we may cancel the award.
