You can manage your account and configure your T-Mobile Home Internet gateway. And now Scam Shield is here to help ID suspicious numbers, set up blocks for unwanted callers, report scams, and more.

T life app not working

Network connection problems: First, check that your device is connected to a stable Internet. An unstable or weak network connection may prevent applications from connecting to T-Mobile's servers.

Server maintenance or failure: Sometimes, T-Mobile's servers may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or failure. In this case, you may need to wait for the server to recover.

Restart your device: Try restarting your device, which can sometimes solve the problem of apps getting stuck or showing a black screen.

Clearing the app cache: Clearing the T-Life app cache and data on your device may help resolve the issue. This is usually done in the application management section of the device's Settings.
